THEATRICAL COSTUMING

For almost ten years, my now husband and I have created characters that shine on stage. Although I love to create costumes for any and all kinds of theatre and performance, my favorite to design for is Shakespeare. The freedom of his now ancient words allows for creativity to burst forth.

Much like it is meant to be, from the audience you may not notice the amount of work that goes into each character. From sewing and dying, to glueing and painting, there is rarely a single piece of costume on stage that we did not touch or customize.
